Wow. Reminds me of Dark City except much brighter. That or some flying city from whichever adventure RPG you can imagine which I'm sure there are quite a few.

numbers were my little shortcut to not having to draw the vertical thrust propellers and horizontal propeller arms over and over again and mind numbing variations of perspective ;)
